  • Manage candidates as they move through the recruiting process

    • Source, screen, interview

    • Update candidate profiles

    • Manage candidate communication

  • Support our recruiting efforts to hire software engineers

  • Reach out to passive candidates

  • Develop our candidate communication strategy

  • Collaborate with our customers to develop job descriptions

  • Develop and implement metrics to measure ROI on recruiting efforts

What you'll need: 

  • Willingness to learn and research

  • Passion for tech companies, startups, talent, and recruiting

  • Strong communication skills

  • Social Media a huge plus (LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly


Tools you'll use: 

  • LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Google Drive Applications

  • Various recruiting websites

  • Clickup

Compensation: $15 per hour
